Kursuse põhisosa on peamised juhtimise printsiibid - organisatsiooni ülesehitus ja selle toimimiseks teostatv juhtimine ning peamised eestvedamise teooriad. Materjali illustreerivad arutlusele tulevad juhtumid ja teadusartiklid. Magistrandid teadvustavad ja analüüsivad enese eestvedamise kompetentse läbi erinevate ülesannete ja testide.

The main frame of the course is built form the main principles of management - the stucture of management and the neccessary activities of management to maintain it. The information will be illustarted with the cases and articles that will be discussed. The masters students will aknowledge their leadership competencies trough the different tasks and tests.
